Following on the heels of today’s earlier post at Allegheny Treasures regarding the upcoming court case brought by the Mountain Communities for Responsible Energy (MCRE) against Beech Ridge Energy, the Industrial Wind Action Group offers this editorial:  “Bat-gate: Cover-up at the Beech Ridge wind facility

    So interesting the BHE conducted these studies..this is the same company that conducted the Pinnacle Knob Project.

    Makes you wonder about the project studies, validity, reliabilty, study design, methods, and conclusions.

    I wonder if the Pinnacle Knob is missing important data?

    US Wind Force still ignores the fact that a small footed bat was found on site….US Wind Force remarks…”How did that get there?” We weren’t expecting this bat to be hibernating there doing the cave -bat count. US Wind Force dismisses the entire situation.
